Job Duties

Greet and Welcome incoming patients
Provide "Red Carpet" Treatment for each person who calls/enters our doors
Perform examination screening/pretesting
Help patients to select their most-awesome eyewear
Assist with optical sales and dispensing tasks
Adjust (and fix) patient's eyewear
Answer phones and make appointments
Help the Doctor and Eyecare Team to deliver (and preserve) each patient's best vision and overall health

Qualifications

Excellent customer service, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, loyal, bright, detail-oriented, and organized
Knowledge of computer systems is a plus
Medical office experience is welcome
Eyecare or retail experience is wonderful, but not necessary

Optician/Optometric Technician

Kastl Family Eyecare is seeking an exceptional Optician/Optometric Technician to help us serve our patients at our growing Dr. Owned Family Optometric Practice. This is a full-time position and requires weekend availability.
